SHOP POLICIES

BOOKING:

A deposit of 50% or more of the total cost of the order confirms and holds a reservation. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE the remainder of payment is due no later than seven days before the event. LATE OR NO PAYMENT IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. Late Payments may result in substitutions or modifications to the original order. Cancellations received on or within fourteen days of the event date may not be subject to a refund. Bella Vida Pastry Café reserves the right to exercise artistic license in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a dessert Structure.

RUSH ORDERS: 

Any cake orders placed within fourteen days of event must be paid in Full in order to hold reservation. These last minute orders are subject to a $30.00 Rush fee and are NON REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is needed, a 50% store credit can be issued as long as cancellation was placed at least seven days before the event date.

CONSULTATIONS:

All Cake consultations and tastings are subject to a $50.00 fee. Three cake flavors will be presented, along with 3 filling options, and 2 Frosting Options. All booked Consultations and tastings are NONREFUNDABLE.

ALLERGENS:

Bella Vida Pastry Café is NOT a nut free, gluten free, soy free, or dairy free Bakery. Please be advised that if you are ordering a specialty bakery item, and have a major known allergy, we will make every effort to produce your item away from allergens, but at no time do we guarantee this. Bella Vida Pastry Café is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by a known allergen.

REFUNDS:

Due to the perishability of our products, there is absolutely NO REFUNDS on items. If a customer is not satisfied with a specialty ordered item, please reach out to management at info@bellavidapastrycafe.com .

GUARANTEE/DISCLAIMER:

We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your written order form. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge if it was not stated on your original order. If for some reason something is not decorated correctly as stated on your order, we will make necessary changes right away. 

Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
