I truly believe that every event is different, every client is unique, and the moments that we share truly are special. This is why, I decided to bring my cafe dream to life. I wanted to offer the guests at Bella Vida Pastry Cafe a great quick meal when needed, or a specialty cake or pastry for their private event.
As a Professionally trained and certified Chef with over 10 years in the Hospitality and Event industry, I have been able to develop a keen eye for detail. My passion for the kitchen started at a very young age while baking in my aunt's kitchen. My training began in high school at Passaic County Technical Institute and developed at The Culinary Institute of New York where i acquired my Associates degree in Culinary Arts , and eventually my Master's in Executive Hospitality Leadership. After various years of working in restaurants, catering halls, training abroad, and ultimately teaching, I have left the world of post-secondary education to bring a unique cafe concept to my hometown of Clifton New Jersey.
